RIDE, RUN, AND RAISE FOR THE DELTA
Orthodox Brewery - March 14
We’ve got it good in NWA, but just a few hours east, the Arkansas Delta tells a different story.
The people and the natural resources of the Delta helped build America — but the region now faces the nation’s highest poverty and shortest life expectancy.
studioDRIFT is changing the narrative by investing in trails and waterways proven to create jobs, improve health, and restore hope.
Schedule
2:00 PM – Meet at Orthodox
2:30 PM – Activities begin
ride or run through scenic Ozark routes, including sections of the UCI Gravel World Series qualifier course
5:00 PM – Happy Hour and an project update
Think about the last time a run or a bike ride cleared the mind, filled the heart, pushed the body... That feeling is out of reach for many neighbors in the Arkansas Delta, where poverty rates reach 30% and life expectancy runs nearly a decade shorter than the national average.
Northwest Arkansas has transformed through trail access. The Delta deserves that same future. On March 14, friends and community members will gather to raise awareness and funds to help make it happen.
Ways to Participate
Ride or Run – Multiple route options through rolling Ozark terrain
