Now? New farming technology, wars fought, and time passed has left the Arkansas Delta region in economic turmoil. A once vibrant community turned into abandoned buildings, forgotten neighborhoods, and empty businesses.
But what if this rural area was reimagined? What could happen if we breathed new life into the parts of our state that have largely been neglected and forgotten.
At studioDRIFT, we’re on a mission to answer these questions with thoughtful and sustainable actions. The goal? To strengthen communities by developing rural infrastructure for tomorrow, with an emphasis on connection through outdoor recreation.
Our focus is on protecting and enhancing the historic structures and landscapes, establishing bike and water trail systems, supporting the arts, nourishing local food systems, and more.
